Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in NJ. I received my Masters from Rutgers and have been working in the social work for over a decade. I believe life is meant to be fully experienced, yet many of us find ourselves in survival mode. I am dedicated to working alongside others to help eliminate the barriers that keep them from truly enjoying life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I'll answer any questions or hesitations you may have, then we'll dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a baseline for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in various roles—ranging from non-profit organizations and in-home community crisis therapy to school social work and private practice. These diverse experiences have given me a broad perspective on client care. I'm able to bring a genuine, warm, unique approach to each client.

Through out our sessions, we will work on identifying any thoughts, behaviors that impact your day to day. By identifying and addressing these patterns we can work together to meet your desired outcome.

I commit to providing a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I received my certification in Trauma Informed CBT from NYU. Using this modality- together we can identify limited or distorted thinking and learn skills to help cope with stressors.
