I provide individual therapy to clients residing in the state of California. Treatment is comprised of a combination of evidence-based talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapies, and a solution-focused approach. As a therapist, I provide a warm, supportive, empathetic, non-judgemental, safe space for healing and recovery. I help clients move through whatever it is they may be struggling with and develop coping tools that they can continue to use beyond our time together.
First session
What you can expect during our first session together is to begin the process of getting to know one another. We will briefly discuss what brings you into therapy and what current stressors you are experiencing. We will discuss the limits of confidentiality and mandated reporting protocols.

Ideal clients
I particularly love working with women of all ages, to assist them with moving through life transitions, family difficulties, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and grief. We will work together to identify current unhealthy behaviors and help develop healthy coping strategies.
