New to Grow
Hailing from Brooklyn, NY and relocating to Texas within the last five years, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience. I have a background working with people who identify within a variety of cultures and identities. I am looking to provide support for people who are facing life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and self‐identity exploration.
During the first session, we will discuss what brought you to this moment of change. We will also work to identify your overall goal and the baby steps to get to that goal. Afterwards, we'll take the next step in getting you closer to the life that you've been waiting for.
While I enjoy focusing on your overall goal, I also think it's best to honor any positive strengths that led you to this moment. In this space, courage and resilience will always be acknowledged.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, of whom identify within various cultures and identities. I work to support clients to be able to re-imagine their lives without the burden of others' expectations, accept historical let downs, and evolve into their authentic selves. I especially look to support BIPOC women, ages 25-60, facing life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and self-identity exploration.
