New to Grow
Hi, I'm Tyla! I'm very excited to start this therapeutic journey with you. I'm accepting new clients. As you know, sometimes life feels heavy, confusing, or just plain stuck. In our sessions, we’ll slow things down and figure out what’s really going on underneath the stress, anxiety, or uncertainty. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you—your relationships, your values, and the kind of life you want to build—so you can start feeling more grounded and confident in your direction.
I understand that seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and it takes courage to reach out for support. If you’ve been feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from what matters most in your life, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can explore your experiences in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space.
My greatest strengths are creating a warm, supportive environment and building strong, trusting relationships with clients. I’m compassionate, approachable, and collaborative, helping clients feel heard while guiding them to develop practical coping skills and achieve meaningful growth.
I help clients explore life’s challenges through an existential lens, focusing on meaning, choice, and personal responsibility. My work supports those navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or feelings of emptiness and disconnection, helping them confront uncertainty and clarify what truly matters to them.
I use Existential Therapy to help adults explore meaning, purpose, and personal values during life transitions. This approach encourages self-awareness, authentic decision-making, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help children and adolescents identify strengths, set achievable goals, and build confidence. This approach encourages practical problem-solving and empowers students to create positive change in school and daily life.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. This approach teaches practical skills to manage anxiety, improve mood, and build healthier coping strategies.
I use a Trauma-Informed approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment. I help clients understand how past experiences may impact their emotions and behaviors while building coping skills and resilience for healing and growth.
