I am a licensed clinical social worker and integrative mental health therapist. What does that mean? I work holistically and believe truly in the "mind body" connection when working with my clients to find healing and their individual path forward. I also am a firm believer in practicing what I preach. In my every day life I use a ton of integrative and mindfulness tools to support my own self care and need for balance.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

On day one I will walk you through all the basics on what to expect not just in therapy, but specifically therapy with ME. I will explain all the logistics associated with attending session and then we will jump in. If you're coming to me with an immediate concern that can't wait, then we will start there. Day one is often the most structured session we will have. I will ask questions to help get the fullest picture of you, your background and your story. It allows me to begin painting a map of how we will move forward with treatment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I offer a light hearted, approachable, and down to earth experience during sessions. I wish for each of my clients to walk away feeling motivated and clear in her journey towards wellness. You may feel like something is "wrong" with you, you're STUCK in life and no one understands. I will guide you towards achieving insight, realization and healing. I allow you the space to take off your emotional armor & talk about the uncertainties and struggles you're experiencing. I will employ mindful & holistic approaches, aromatherapy, somatic exercises, breathing techniques, meditation suggestions and more. I also allow space to discuss past traumas that are now influencing your ability to be successful! My goal is to become the safe space you need to talk it out and find your way THROUGH.
