Hi! I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been practicing for 4 years, which has heightened my experience with my future clients. I enjoy what I do, and I look forward to seeing my clients improve and reach the highest level of competency that they want. I help children, adolescents, and adults of all ages achieve their promising outcome.
During the first session with me, the clients can expect to build a rapport with me. This gives me a chance to better understand the clients' wants, needs, and expectations. Once I understand my client's situation, I can better assist and/or assess the best treatment plan for the client. This will lead to a successful, therapeutic relationship that's beneficial for the client.
My strengths as a provider are patience, understanding, and confidentiality.
The clients that I'm best positioned to serve are the clients that are willing to seek the help that they need.
I use CBT to target behaviors that the client may not even recognize they are experiencing. CBT has been helpful with my past clients, and it has helped them to continue to lead a beneficial life.
