Hi! I enjoy helping those who thought they would never be free from the emotional and mental consequences of their traumas, grief, unhealthy relationships, and obsessive thinking. No matter how exhausted people may feel from their daily anxiety, compulsions, irrational fears, rocky relationships, traumatic stress, and unhappy relationships...therapy can still work. Your ideal version of yourself, your high achieving self, or your ideal relationship is still possible.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session with me, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your history, and what you’d like to feel different in your life. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we move at your pace. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and we’ll begin outlining goals for therapy together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and clear about the next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my therapeutic approach is that it’s both compassionate and practical. I combine evidence-based methods like CBT, ACT, and ERP with a warm, collaborative style so you feel supported while also gaining real tools you can use outside of session. I don’t just focus on insight — we focus on measurable progress and building skills that create lasting change. Clients often tell me they appreciate that sessions feel structured yet personal, and that they leave with clarity, direction, and increased confidence in handling difficult thoughts and emotions.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I help people to untangle, breath, and take control of their mental health and, in turn, their overall health. I provide support every step of the way. I help my clients gain peace from and overcome anxiety and panic, OCD and phobia, and severe trauma. I also love helping couples leave those hopeless feelings behind and start their relationship anew. Many of my clients show a version of themselves to the world that they may not necessarily feel inside. I want to know my clients deeply and I want to hear it all. I believe that there is nothing more healing than a special, allied, judgement-free therapeutic relationship where you can leave every worry and every secret. I can offer not only my expertise and education, but my compassionate support.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you learn how to stop fighting uncomfortable thoughts and feelings and instead make room for them, without letting them run your life. In ACT, we focus on noticing thoughts as just thoughts (not facts), building skills to stay present, and clarifying what truly matters to you. The goal isn’t to “get rid of” anxiety, sadness, or stress, but to help you live a meaningful, value-driven life even when those feelings show up.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a therapy that helps you gradually face the thoughts, fears, or situations that trigger your anxiety or OCD. Instead of doing the usual behaviors that temporarily relieve anxiety, you practice not responding with rituals, avoidance, or reassurance. Over time, your brain learns that the anxiety will decrease on its own and that you can handle the discomfort. This helps reduce the power OCD or anxiety has over your daily life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. We work together to identify unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic thoughts. As your thinking shifts, your emotions and behaviors often improve too. CBT is practical and skill-based, giving you tools you can use in everyday life to manage anxiety, depression, and stress.
