Hi there, I'm Sunny. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? My goal is always to help my clients to understand the link between their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors as well as to help them have an insight about the impact of interpersonal relationships in the overall life outcomes, and assist them to work towards making positive changes in their lives, making use of different psychotherapy techniques including motivation interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, functional family therapy, and others. My effort has always been to utilize the best suitable and appropriate techniques and evidence based approaches to help my clients who are struggling with problems ranging from basic life issues to clinically diagnosed psychiatric disorders. I am always interested in helping my clients to progress steadily towards meeting their life goals and improving the quality of their lives.

I adopt the most effective methods, keeping in mind the need, relevance, and suitability to the client situation. My Clinical approaches: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy.
