My approach is a mindful one, in which I help clients explore their internal thoughts and emotions their body and mind provide and guide them so they can have greater awareness and make healthier conscious choices. I specialized in grief and loss, CBT, DBT . Clients who work with me tend to need support to break out of negative patterns, have a better understanding of themselves, have a need to find purpose in their life, be able to engage and have healthy relationships, and have a desire to achieve a higher quality of life. I enjoy meeting each client where they are at, and together exploring what they enjoy in life to build on their strengths and empower individual mental health wellness. I personally feel that Mindfulness and Meditation can benefit any individual whether they are dealing with anxiety, depression or just life transitions. It allows for the individual to create space within their inner self for a more clear perspective of their challenges. It is why I tend to introduce and hopefully if willing, incorporate such specialty with each of the treatment methods utilized. Personalmente, creo que la atención plena y la meditación pueden beneficiar a cualquier persona, ya sea que esté lidiando con ansiedad, depresión o simplemente transiciones en la vida. Permite que el individuo cree un espacio dentro de su interior para tener una perspectiva más clara de sus desafíos.
