In your first session, we’ll explore what’s been feeling overwhelming, stressful, or stuck. You don’t need to have it all figured out—I’ll guide the conversation with thoughtful questions to help us understand what’s bringing you in and what support you need most. We’ll begin noticing patterns that may be contributing to how you’re feeling. I create a safe, supportive, judgment-free space where you can be honest and move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together and what next steps may support greater clarity, grounding, and emotional balance.

My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you understand the connection between your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a clearer, more meaningful way. Alongside this insight, we build practical tools for emotional regulation, grounding, and managing stress in real time.
