New to Grow
Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or past experiences on your own. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with yourself. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I'm passionate about helping women navigate life's transitions, heal from emotional wounds, and build lives that feel more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling. I believe therapy is more than talking through problems—it's an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change, rather than simply managing symptoms. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to support your overall well-being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences. I'm here to walk alongside you as you rediscover your authentic self, and create a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.
Your first session is a space to simply exhale and be heard. There's no pressure to have all the answers or know where to begin. Together, we'll explore what's been weighing on you, what you're hoping for, and what support looks like for you. I also recognize that you are an expert on your own life and my goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and reassured.
My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. While psychotherapy provides the foundation for understanding your experiences, I also incorporate holistic, evidence-informed practices that support healing on both the emotional and physical levels. Our stories, thoughts, and emotions are deeply connected to the way our bodies hold stress, trauma, and life experiences. In our work together, I may integrate somatic practices, including breathwork, to help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and create a greater sense of safety and connection within yourself. We also use journaling and narrative therapy to explore the stories you've carried, process emotions that may feel stuck, and bring awareness to patterns that no longer serve you
I work best with women who are ready to move beyond simply coping and step into deeper healing and self-connection. Many of my clients are highly functioning on the outside but quietly navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed and/or disconnected. If you're open to self-exploration and a holistic approach that combines psychotherapy with somatic healing, breathwork, journaling, and practical tools for growth, we'll be a great fit. Together, we'll help you release what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with your authentic self, and create a life that feels more grounded, aligned, and fulfilling

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
This approach blends mindfulness, values work, behavioral changes without needing to fix or eliminate every difficult emotion before moving forward. It helps with cognitive defuson. I utilize this to help clients label there thoughts, by stepping back from ruminating and maladaptive thoughts patterns
Group Therapy
My Group therapy practice strengthens individual therapy by adding the healing power of connection and shared experience. It offers clients a supportive space to feel less alone in what they’re experiencing. It fits well with my approach by allowing clients to explore anxiety, burnout, and relationship patterns in real time with others. They can integrate mindfulness, breathwork, journaling, and ACT-based tools to deepen insight and emotional regulation within the group. It also helps clients practice boundaries, communication, and authenticity in a safe, guided setting.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help you gently notice the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, especially the patterns that may be keeping you stuck in anxiety, self-doubt, or overwhelm. Together, we’ll identify automatic thoughts and begin to challenge and reframe the ones that feel unhelpful or untrue. In our work, I often pair CBT with journaling so you can become more aware of your thought patterns between sessions and start shifting them in real time. Over time, this helps you respond to life with more clarity, balance, and self-trust
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use mindfulness-based therapy to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself in the present moment, rather than getting caught in anxiety or old patterns. Together, we’ll notice your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations with more awareness and less judgment, often pairing this with breathwork and somatic grounding. I also bring mindfulness into journaling and reflection to deepen insight between sessions. Over time, this supports you in responding to life with more clarity, calm, and intention
Narrative
I use narrative therapy to help you gently explore the stories you’ve been carrying about yourself, your relationships, and your experiences. Together, we start to notice which stories feel limiting or rooted in past pain, and begin to separate them from who you truly are. In our work, I often combine this with journaling and reflective exercises so you can process emotions and re-author your story in a more compassionate, empowering way. Over time, this helps you shift out of stuck patterns and step into a narrative that feels more aligned, grounded, and authentic to you
