Hi! I'm Noelle, and I am so glad you are here. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of experience working in psychiatric mental health. I began my career in 2009 after returning home from Costa Rica, where I had the opportunity to serve in medical missions. Upon returning to the US, I quickly found my love and passion for psychiatric mental health nursing and over the years have remained dedicated to this field. This dedication, along with a wide range of clinical expertise, led me to pursue my advanced nursing practice degree of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have now been working as a PMHNP for 8 years and look forward to working with you and supporting you in mental health journey.
Our first appointment together will be spent getting to know each other. I will complete a psychiatric evaluation, in which we will talk about your medical and psychosocial history, along with your current symptoms and goals for care. I will give you adequate time to ask questions and we will work together on identifying an individualized treatment plan. Please Note - I will have periodic availability that may not be listed on the Grow calendar. If there is a day/time you would like to request that does not show on my availability, please submit an appointment request and I will see if I am able to accommodate.
I value building purposeful, therapeutic connection with my clients. My goal is not be a "pill pusher" but rather someone who comes to understand you holistically and works alongside you in building up your mental health toolbox.
My clinical expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma and stress related disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, psychosis, substance use disorders, characterological disorders, and select neurodevelopmental disorders. I am looking for clients who are motivated, accountable, and open to engaging in meaningful, goal directed care.
Supportive
I value building purposeful connections with my clients to identify your treatment goals and support your healing and growth. My approach is person-centered, focusing on your unique needs and strengths, to promote empowerment, insight, and lasting change.
