I am a licensed clinical social worker, advocate, mother, runner, and yoga enthusiast. I believe that everyone would benefit from talk therapy because life is challenging, complicated, and busy. I fully understand that getting ourselves to therapy is, at times, not easy and sincerely appreciate every client that intentionally decides that they are ready to grow, heal, and evolve. I believe in the power of becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable so as to push ourselves to step outside of our comfort zones.
Hi, I’m Kyra. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington, I support adults and parents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and life transitions who feel stuck, disconnected, or worn down.
As a mom, former military spouse, and current law enforcement spouse, I understand the invisible load of high-stress roles and the pressure to hold everything together. My lived experience allows me to approach therapy with empathy, cultural understanding, and deep respect for the challenges faced by individuals and families in high-stress roles.
I use an eclectic, person-centered approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are and support you in reaching your goals. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I believe your care should reflect your unique experiences, strengths, and needs.
Even when you feel stuck, movement is possible. My role is to partner with you in a judgment-free space where you can regroup, build confidence, and reconnect with your strengths. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

Hello! For almost two decades, I have been counseling clients, and I find it a great honor to walk alongside people, partnering with them in the hard. I grew up with a schizophrenic father. I felt intense fear, shame, and loneliness throughout my formative years. I did a phenomenal job at numbing pain and people pleasing, while my pain festered.
Learning how to see and feel my pain has been transformative. I am grateful for the story I have and believe the restored is always better than the original.
