I have more than three decades of comprehensive Healthcare and Mental Health experience. As a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Trauma-Informed Neuropsychotherapist/Licensed Professional Therapist, my desire is to use my comprehensive Healthcare and Mental Health background to provide a unique and comprehensive counseling experience for my clients. My primary Therapeutic model is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness therapy, and Spirituality and other Therapeutic methods per client request.
