Namaste!
My name is Casey (he/him) I am a therapist who specializes in the idea that we should seek to constantly ask ourselves, “When was the last time you tried something for the first time?” As such, our (yours and mine) practice will center around the idea of regaining a sense of zest to get you to a place where you see all the nuances and “going deeper” until something new comes out. As a neurodivergent therapist, there is no thought to small, no detail that doesn’t matter, and yet there is always a story that is waiting to be told and an empowering moment waiting to happen. My own zest comes from a unique blend of being raised as both a foster kid in rural Maine while also knowing my parents, but always needing to set boundaries, and then getting adopted 20, in his own words a “gay socialist hippie”. All this led me to pave my own path, which led me to challenging state laws, public speaking, reforming systems, advocating for universal policies, and being a national advocate for foster youth and education. Since then, I have worked in schools, the community, outpatient, and in group homes. I am a self-described “Social Justice Therapist” who is also a father of four, art lover, partner, movie lover, and photographer.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychiatric Registered Nurse based in North Carolina. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and an Educational Specialist degree in Counseling Psychology from the College of William and Mary. Additionally, I earned my Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and am currently completing my doctorate in Christian Counseling. With over 20 years of experience as a practicing therapist, I specialize in helping adults with depression and anxiety disorders become the best versions of themselves.
I am a licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), couples counseling, and Christian counseling. My passion is helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional resilience, and purpose.
In my work with individuals, I primarily use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact their mood and behavior. I believe in a practical, goal-oriented approach that equips clients with tools they can apply in everyday life, whether they're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions. My sessions are collaborative and supportive, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
With couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and resolving conflict in ways that foster deeper connection. I draw from evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, tailoring the process to fit each couple’s unique dynamic.
For those who desire a faith-based approach, I also offer Christian counseling. I integrate biblical principles, prayer, and spiritual reflection into the therapeutic process when appropriate. This allows for holistic healing that honors both emotional and spiritual needs, offering hope and a stronger sense of purpose.
What sets my practice apart is my commitment to creating a warm, judgment-free environment where real change can take place. I see therapy as a partnership—one that honors your story, builds on your strengths, and supports you in becoming the person or couple you’re called to be.
Whether you’re facing a specific struggle or simply seeking to grow, I’m here to walk with you through the process. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

Through the same services I now offer—counseling, rehabilitation, fitness, and career support—I reclaimed my life. Now, it’s my mission to help others do the same.

I bring not only clinical expertise but lived experience, empathy, and a deep belief in the power of healing.
This is more than a profession—it’s a calling. I walk beside others the way someone once walked beside me—with strength, compassion, and hope.

Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a licensed therapist in New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina who helps people feeling burned out, anxious, or stuck in survival mode reconnect with balance and purpose. Many of my clients come to me after feeling overwhelmed by work, relationships, or the constant pressure to keep going — even when they’re running on empty.
I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and learn healthier ways to cope. My style is compassionate and collaborative — I meet you where you are and help you build practical tools for stress, boundaries, and self-care that actually fit your life.
Before starting my private practice, I worked in behavioral health settings supporting individuals living with substance use, bipolar disorder, and other chronic mental health conditions. That experience taught me that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all — and that real change happens when therapy feels safe, personalized, and empowering.
If you’re ready to move from burnout to balance, I’d love to help you take that next step.
I was raised in Memphis, TN and attended college in Nashville, TN where I received a BS degree. I got married while in college. We moved to Raleigh, NC after graduation. We've been married over 40 years. We have eight adopted children.
I began working for the USPS once we moved to NC. After working there for 10 years, I realized that I wanted to change careers and fulfill the dream of helping others in a more practical way. I took a break from work and obtained a MA in Counseling. After receiving my LPC license, I worked in various settings within the counseling field. I have worked in Child Protective Services, worked for a couple of mental health clinics, held a private practice, worked in crisis intervention for 10 years in a hospital setting, returned to the clinic setting, and have once again opened a private practice. I am licensed as a LCMHC and LCAS in NC.
Welcome, my name is Jenilee Hopkins. I’m a passionate therapist who believes that healing begins in a space of safety, compassion, and genuine connection. If you're feeling weighed down by life and need someone to help you, I’m here for you. Together, we'll explore patterns, nurture self-compassion, and uncover the inner wisdom that supports authentic change. I’m here to walk with you on your journey, side by side. Remember, you’re not alone. There is hope for a brighter future and lasting change.
The population I serve includes adults, adolescents, and families. I provide counseling in both individual and group settings. My theoretical orientation is an eclectic approach that has its main theoretical framework from cognitive behavioral Therapy and combines skills and techniques from reality therapy such as choice theory, WDEP (wants, doing and direction, evaluation, and planning) and solution focused therapy such as miracle question and scaling. Overall I work with the client to improve their thinking pattern in order to improve or change their behaviors, coping with challenges effectively, and create meaning in their lives that honor who they are in the here and now.

As a military spouse myself, I understand firsthand how stressful transitions, deployments, and constant changes can feel. I bring that personal perspective into my work, along with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Hi. Welcome to my Grow professional profile! Do you ever wonder, "What is going on."? If your inner dialogue is saying, "Yes that's me, exactly, finally somebody who gets it!" I believe that nobody actually has it all together, but that there are those that pretend like they have it all together but inside feel like an imposter making it day by day and those that don't pretend and are also making it day by day. I like spending time with my husband of many many many years and our 3 children, but mostly my dogs. I enthusiastically invite both those who are high functioning and those who are not functioning persons seeking to improve their overall wellbeing. I don't judge whether you are an LSU fan or a North Carolina fan. All can benefit from mental health services. (maybe one group of fans over the other).
My current specific areas of clinical interests are of grief and pregnancy loss of which I constantly explore new treatment approaches and client experiences. I have over 25 years of clinical experience working with diverse classifications of diagnoses, ethnicity, ages, and cultural backgrounds. The most frequent symptoms I can help with are managing ADHD, Depression, Bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, parenting, burnout, insomnia, COVID trauma, grief, and anger.
