As a therapist, I am a Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapists and as an Independent Clinical Social worker. As a minister, I am ordained and have served as an assistant pastor, youth pastor, and chaplain in a children's home for abused and neglected children as well as in correctional settings. I strive to ensure that all sessions combine Christian counseling and other evidence-based therapy models to enhance your emotional, behavioral, and spiritual growth. Our work together will be mindfulness driven and trauma-informed meaning we would agree to take an ongoing inventory of wellbeing and to identify/address individual and relational needs related to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, and trauma. Our goal would be to enhance existing strength factors (assets) and to reduce risk factors (triggers). Therapy will work if you work it!!!

Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) and I am based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota working with clients statewide via telehealth. I enjoy working with adults 18+ and specialize in addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life transitions.
