“In my early professional years I was asking the question: How can I treat, or cure, or change this person? Now I would phrase the question in this way: How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for their own personal growth?”

Therapy can be very intimidating, especially if you are not aware of the expectations or if you don’t feel safe talking to your chosen provider. My experiences as a counselor have allowed me to work with those that struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty with life transitions, and uncertainty about their identity or if they belong. Therapy should seek to address the roots of whatever negative thoughts or beliefs contribute to these ongoing issues, and I am here to help you uncover those roots so that you can achieve healing. If you are tired of wrestling with feelings of not being good enough and are ready to show kindness to yourself, I would love to help you reach that point. We will work together to create goals that are realistic, manageable, and appropriate for your situation. Then, we will work at your pace to see those desires become reality.
Are you exhausted from feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck? I help children, teens, and adults heal from trauma using EMDR, attachment-focused, and faith-sensitive therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can experience clarity, peace, and lasting change.

Through all these experiences I have gained a vast understanding and knowledge of challenges individuals and families face. I want to continue this journey by providing private individual therapy services.
I seek to provide compassionate, client-centered counseling to individuals and families in communities. I seek to help individuals and families grow strong roots by encouraging clients to explore and utilize resources in their communities including family, friends, and faith-based services. I seek to help people address issues they are experiencing such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relational challenges. I will meet each client where they are and help them work through past and current pain to build a more balanced and manageable life. My goal is to support individuals and families in building healthier, more resilient lives across generations. My personal passion is to strengthen communities by increasing access to compassionate, high quality mental health care.

Hi, I’m Lynde, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’ve spent over a decade helping people work through tough seasons and find their way back to themselves. I support clients dealing with anxiety, substance use, trauma, and big life changes.
I’ve worked in the addiction field for 14 years, so I understand that change isn’t just about stopping a behavior—it’s about understanding what’s underneath it. Whether you’re struggling with substance use, food, body image, or feeling stuck in patterns, we’ll work together to make sense of it in a way that feels manageable and real.
My experience in a Level I trauma center has also shaped how I show up for clients, especially those in high-stress roles like healthcare, first response, or caregiving.
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or ready for something to shift, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Hello there. My name is Joan I have been a social worker for over 25 years. Like you, I have had my own set of challenges and believe the key to overcoming life's obstacles is learning to plan and cope. We can't control all the pain that will come our way, but we can control how we react to it. Of course, this is sometimes easier said than done and we need help. I would be honored to assist you in your journey towards a happier healthier you.

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist with more than 25 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief, career and life transitions, and those seasons when life simply doesn’t look the way you thought it would. My approach is compassionate, practical, solution-focused, and collaborative. I’ll listen carefully and create a space where you can be completely yourself—but I’ll also ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, help you recognize patterns, and give you practical tools you can actually use outside of therapy.
Life experience has shaped me just as much as education and professional training. I’ve been married to my HS sweetheart for more than four decades, raised three children, experienced loss and grief, navigated career changes, family challenges, parenting, marriage, aging, and the many unexpected chapters that come with building a life alongside the people you love. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for resilience, relationships, humor, and the fact that none of us gets through life without a few scars and stories!
My work is especially meaningful with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting, first responder or military life, grief, major transitions, and questions about identity or purpose. I enjoy working with people who may appear capable and successful on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted from holding everything together.
My therapy is holistic and individualized. Depending on what fits you, we may incorporate evidence-based approaches alongside mindfulness, humor, nature, animals, relationships, meaning and purpose, and faith or spirituality if that's valued.
I believe therapy should help you understand where you’ve been without keeping you there. Together, we’ll focus on healing what hurts, strengthening what already works, and helping you intentionally build a life and relationships that feel authentic, meaningful, and with any luck a little lighter.
Congratulations on taking this step towards your personal wellness! My name is Gena Taylor-Tidwell, and I am an NCC certified Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) offering telehealth clinical counseling services in the states of Kentucky & Oregon. Hello! I began my journey toward Mental Health Therapy trying to understand my husband's PTSD and finally figured out what I wanted to be when I grew up, at the tender age of 60. I received my Bacherlors Degree in Psychology at 60 and my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy seven years ago at 65. I've been working with teenagers and adults since I graduated.
Walking with people through life's difficulties and struggles is a privileged, honor, and part of my purpose in life. I commit my life to helping people find their way back to the right paths that they want to be on to live out their purpose.

Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!
My name is Rhea Caudill. I am the owner of Avenues of Grace Christian Therapy Services. I have been practicing as a Marriage and Family Therapist for 17 years - being fully licensed (independent) for the last 4 1/2 years. I work with individuals, couples, children, and families as a whole. I prefer to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; however, I am open to other modalities too if CBT doesn't fit my client.

The one question I get most often by clients and peers is: Why did you go into the counseling profession? My response is always the same. First, I have always had a desire to help people in a time of need or distress. I have felt this way as far back as high school. Secondly, I went through a debilitating anxiety disorder in my mid-twenties. I know first-hand the helplessness and desperation mental and emotional pain causes. I never condone a therapist sharing with a client, they know how the client feels unless they themselves have experienced a similar type of pain. Lastly, I believe in the power of counseling and the benefits it can offer. Counseling is very different from medicine. Counseling requires the client to be actively involved in the process of healing and growth rather than taking medication and waiting for it to work. Counseling empowers a client to by allowing them to see their progress towards the life they desire on a daily, weekly, and even monthly basis.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life’s stressors with compassion and practical support. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools for lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also welcome integrating Christian faith into the counseling process as part of holistic healing.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) practicing in Kentucky, dedicated to providing comprehensive support for mental health and relationship challenges. I earned my doctorate from Madison University, where I gained a deep understanding of psychological theories and therapeutic practices. Additionally, I completed postgraduate studies at Southern Illinois University, further enhancing my expertise in counseling.
With over 40 years of experience in the field, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and interpersonal relationship problems. My therapeutic approach is highly collaborative; I work closely with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they can openly explore their thoughts and feelings.
Together, we identify specific concerns and work on defining personal goals that align with their values and aspirations. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring we develop effective strategies for lasting change and improved overall well-being.
My commitment is to empower my clients on their journey toward personal growth and healing, fostering resilience and healthier relationships in their lives.
I have been working in this field since 2014. I am experienced in many approached and modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivation Interviewing. I am offering Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy Sessions.
Let’s meet and see how I can help you work through those things that are hindering you or overwhelming you. May that be trauma or life changes. How can I support you in your time of need? How can we get you Ready To Bloom?
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just exhausted from trying to hold everything together? You don't have to navigate it alone. I am a LCSW working with teenagers and adults who are ready to break free from cycles of overthinking and self-doubt. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate. I tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs using practical tools from MI (Motivational Interviewing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you breathe easier and move forward with confidence. Outside of session, you can find me hiking (with or without my dog), playing volleyball, volunteering in my church, and relaxing at home.

Hello, my name is Ginger Van Meter.
I look at each individual as an iceberg! There's a tiny piece of ice you can see on the surface but down below and much deeper is a giant piece of ice that no one can see. That giant piece of ice represents all the stressors, emotional and mental health concerns that go back many years. Sometimes childhood trauma or even current events can create problems that we just can't seem to solve.
I will help you to break that ice down and learn new skills to get relief from the symptoms that stand in the way of making life more manageable. I always strive to do the best I can do to provide relief and comfort and help life become more manageable.

As a perinatal psychotherapist, Mrs. Whiteside works with mothers and/or families who are struggling with perinatal mental illness during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Mrs. Whiteside is currently a social work doctoral student at The University of Louisville researching the impact of perinatal mood disorders, as evidence indicates that depression and other mood disorders in parents can have a harmful impact on children, including cognitive difficulties, insecure attachment, and behavioral problems.

You don’t have to sort through it alone.
I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Florida, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. My style is warm, conversational, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits back and nods—I’m engaged, I ask questions, and we’ll actually talk things through together. We can laugh when things are funny, sit with the hard stuff when they’re not, and work toward changes that feel realistic for your life.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship concerns, burnout, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting people navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, infertility, IVF, endometriosis, and other medical experiences. These experiences can affect your relationships, work, identity, body image, and how you see your future. Therapy can be a place to talk about all of it.
I tailor therapy to you, drawing from ACT, CBT, ERP, DBT skills, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care while keeping our work practical and personal.
I’ve been a therapist for more than 11 years and genuinely love what I do. If my approach sounds like a good fit, I’d love to work with you. You can schedule an appointment whenever you’re ready.
Hello. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, and I'm also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I have worked in the field of Social Work for 25 years at the Bachelor's level, including case management for at-risk youth, CPS investigations and medical social work. I received my Master's of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville and have been practicing five years. At this time, I provide individual therapy to adults dealing with anxiety, depression and trauma among other issues. We work to recognize triggers/barriers to successful living and then learn to effectively reframe these in order to be a better version of yourself.
