(she/her)
Are you finding yourself navigating transitions as you are getting older? Perhaps you have family/friends but they are not supporting you in the way that you most need right now. Transitions into adulthood and as an older adult can bring on a lot of change and stress. I have spent years working closely with adults and older adults and getting to know challenges that you might be facing: major life transitions, agism, dementia (person diagnosed + caregivers), chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, facing life-changing medical issues, (such as transplant) and overall challenges that come as we grow older. The range of settings where I have worked (UCLA, DaVita, community non-profit) has allowed me to work with people from many different paths of life, backgrounds and situations. I love connecting and providing support to my clients during challenging times or transitions.
I love connecting and providing a safe space for my clients- whether it’s a transition, grief, a major life change, I am here for you. I will be your listener and supporter and always be honest with you.
