I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with more than nine years of experience. I enjoy working with individuals (ages 12 and up), couples, and families. In my practice, I embrace diversity and welcome clients from all backgrounds and belief systems. My goal is to assist clients in overcoming difficulties and improving their overall well-being. I achieve this through validation, a person-centered approach, and a variety of evidence-based treatment methods. Whether I am working with individuals or groups, my aim is for clients to feel more effective in coping with life's challenges and to develop skills that empower them to live their best lives.

I am trained in two forms of therapy: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My approach is warm, genuine, and straightforward. I believe in open communication and regularly check in with you to ensure I understand your needs and that you are receiving the necessary treatment.
