LCMHC, 4 years of experience
New to Grow
I bring both clinical experience and personal understanding to the therapy room. I’ve navigated my own mental health struggles and am a survivor of suicide loss and grief. These experiences deepen my commitment to meeting clients with empathy, authenticity, and respect. I have worked with men and women of all ages. I have worked with veterans and active duty members as well. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you.
In our first session we typically go over all the things 'we have' to do. We will also touch on why you are coming to therapy and the goals you hope to achieve.
I meet my clients where they are, I work with them to best serve them even if that means they need to see someone different or we need to try some different techniques. You are coming to therapy and I do not take that lightly. In the end this is your treatment and you should be in control.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? I specialize in supporting military families, moms, and teens facing ADHD, anger, anxiety, motherhood stress, and military life transitions. I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can be fully yourself—and begin to move forward. In our first few sessions, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and work together to create goals that feel meaningful and achievable. My approach is collaborative and personalized—because healing looks different for everyone.
ACT is used help individuals develop flexibility to live a meaningful life by accepting difficult thoughts and feelings, rather than trying to change them.
CBT is used when therapists work with clients to identify and challenge negative or unhelpful thought patterns, the emotions they cause, and the behaviors that follow.
SFT is a client-centered, goal-oriented approach where therapists help clients identify their strengths and existing resources to build a preferred future, focusing on solutions rather than problems.
