(she/her)
I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and identity-related stress. My approach is holistic, integrating evidence-based practices like CBT, EMDR, and DBT with mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic healing to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I believe therapy should be a sacred space for transformation. Together, we explore the root causes of emotional pain and begin the journey toward self-awareness, inner peace, and lasting change. My goal is to empower you to feel grounded, resilient, and deeply aligned with your truth. Through holistic therapy, you don’t just cope—you heal. You don’t just survive—you thrive.
Our first session is all about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I know it takes courage to begin therapy, so we’ll move at a pace that feels gentle and respectful of where you are. We'll begin by getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, any challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out—this is your space to simply arrive, exhale, and begin. You’re invited to show up as your full, authentic self—without judgment, without masks. And I’ll do the same. I believe in building a real, human connection where we both bring our presence, honesty, and care into the room. This is the foundation of healing.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to show up authentically and create a space that feels deeply relational, safe, and supportive. I don’t just listen—I’m fully present with you. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and with a genuine desire to understand your lived experience. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom, unpack what no longer serves you, and grow into the most aligned and empowered version of yourself. Whether we’re working through anxiety, trauma, burnout, or identity shifts, my role is to hold space and guide you with compassion, clarity, and intention.
My ideal client is a woman who is strong on the outside but silently carrying the weight of anxiety, past trauma, people-pleasing, or emotional burnout. She may be a mother, healer, professional, or caregiver who’s always been “the strong one,” yet feels disconnected from her own needs, identity, or peace. She’s seeking more than just talk therapy. She wants a space where her lived experiences are understood, her voice is valued, and her healing is holistic. She may not know exactly what healing looks like yet—but she knows she’s ready. Ready to release the burdens she’s carried for too long. Ready to feel whole, heard, and held.
EMDR is a powerful therapy tool I use to help clients heal from painful experiences, especially trauma, anxiety, and negative self-beliefs. In simple terms, EMDR helps your brain reprocess memories that are stuck—so they no longer feel as intense or overwhelming. These “stuck” memories can show up as anxiety, emotional triggers, or patterns that keep repeating in your life.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and unwanted behaviors. Together, we explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, and work to develop healthier, more empowering ways of thinking. I guide clients through practical tools like thought tracking, cognitive restructuring, and behavioral experiments to build insight and coping skills they can use in daily life.
I use DBT to support clients in managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and increasing distress tolerance. In our sessions, we focus on building skills in four key areas: mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. I help clients find balance between acceptance and change, while offering a structured, compassionate space to practice new coping strategies.
