Hey, I'm Rebecca, Take a deep breathe and acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health. Let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. I help adults explore their relationships and gain insight into patterns that reinforce stress. My goal is to boost your quality of life, self-worth, and confidence. I firmly believe in the power of positivity. A good mindset can truly make a difference, turning a rough moment into just a blip on the radar. Remember, growth and change are within your reach, and I'm here to support you every step of the journey. Schedule our first session and let's get you on the road to feeling better today.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first therapy session, we will focus on getting to know each other, discussing your goals and concerns, and establishing a safe, comfortable environment where you can begin to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength comes from the deep empathy and understanding I have for others. Coupled with my focus on empowerment, I am able to structure a warm environment which help clients rediscover their self-worth.
