(she/her)
Hi, I’m Tai-Isha Watson-Jack a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting women and adolescent girls. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My work is grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience, with a focus on my Good Girl framework—which explores how women are often conditioned to prioritize others while silencing their own needs. Together, we work to unpack these patterns, build self-awareness, and create space for you to show up more authentically. I am committed to providing a warm, supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered in your healing journey.
In our first session, I’ll introduce myself, review expectations and policies, and answer any questions you may have. I’ll also gather some background information to better understand your needs and what’s bringing you in. This is a space for you to feel comfortable, ask questions, and begin your healing journey—I’d be honored to support you.
My approach is client-centered and holistic, addressing mental health as well as emotional and spiritual well-being. I draw from evidence-based practices while maintaining a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment. My strength lies in helping clients feel seen, supported, and understood. I bring a genuine and empathetic presence to my work and strive to create a safe space where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered throughout their healing process.
My ideal clients are women who may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of them are the ones others depend on—the “strong ones,” the caregivers, the ones who have learned to hold everything together while quietly carrying their own emotional weight. They often find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from their needs, or unsure of how to slow down and choose themselves without guilt. In our work together, we gently explore these patterns and create space for rest, self-compassion, and emotional clarity. I support women in learning how to soften, reconnect with themselves, and move through life with more balance, ease, and authenticity.
Strength-Based
I have several years of experience using the strength base treatment method. I believe that the client is the expert on their lives and I like to pull from the clients strength to guide my practice and their treatment
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I've used CBT for several years and find it to be beneficial, as our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected.
