About me

II’m a trauma integration specialist, somatic therapist, and EMDR-trained psychologist with a deep commitment to neurodivergent-affirming care. My work blends depth psychology, polyvagal theory, and creative strategies to support healing that honors complexity, identity, and lived experience. I help clients untangle survival patterns, reclaim nervous system agency, and build embodied resilience through relational, sensory, and narrative tools. In practice, I integrate somatic techniques to support interoceptive awareness, emotional regulation, and the reclamation of body-based safety. I use polyvagal-informed approaches to help clients understand their autonomic states and develop personalized strategies for co-regulation and connection. EMDR is a core modality in my work, especially for clients navigating complex trauma, dissociation, and chronic overwhelm. My sessions often include visual metaphors, parts work, and sensory-friendly adaptations to meet each client’s unique nervous system. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, and those navigating layered grief, identity, and systemic stress. My approach is collaborative, creative, and grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing what’s broken; it’s about reclaiming what’s been buried, distorted, or denied. I aim to offer a space where clients feel seen, held, and empowered to move toward integration on their own terms.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I work best with clients who feel they’ve been carrying too much for too long, emotionally, somatically, relationally. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, trauma survivors, or individuals navigating layered grief, identity shifts, and chronic overwhelm. They often arrive in therapy with a deep inner world, a sharp self-awareness, and a history of adapting to environments that couldn’t fully see or hold them. Whether they’ve twisted themselves into emotional pretzels to preserve relationships, masked their distress to survive systems, or lost touch with their own sensory truth, they’re ready to reclaim space, coherence, and agency. My ideal clients are curious, courageous, and willing to explore healing beyond symptom management. They may be navigating complex PTSD, dissociation, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, or sensory processing differences. They’re not looking for quick fixes; they’re seeking integration. They want to understand their nervous system, rewrite internal narratives, and build relational templates that feel safe and sustainable. Many are creatives, caregivers, or deep thinkers who’ve learned to perform regulation while feeling fragmented inside. They’re ready to stop performing and start embodying. I specialize in working with clients who resonate with somatic therapy, polyvagal-informed care, and EMDR, but who also need these modalities adapted to their unique neurobiology and lived experience. My approach is collaborative, sensory-friendly, and paced to honor the body’s timing. Whether we’re untangling survival strategies, building sensory sanctuaries, or practicing rupture and repair, I aim to offer a space where clients feel deeply seen, gently challenged, and empowered to move toward integration on their own terms.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer therapy that’s paced, attuned, and rooted in nervous system awareness. My work blends somatic techniques, EMDR, and polyvagal-informed care to support clients in reclaiming agency, coherence, and relational safety. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and trauma survivors, adapting each modality to meet the client’s lived experience. What stands out most is my ability to hold complexity, without rushing, pathologizing, or requiring performance. Clients often say they feel deeply seen and supported in ways that allow for real, embodied change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who feel like they’ve been carrying too much for too long—emotionally, somatically, relationally. My treatment methods

Somatic

My foundation in somatic therapy stems from a deep respect for the body as both witness and storyteller of lived experience. I integrate somatic techniques to help clients track internal sensations, build interoceptive awareness, and develop a felt sense of safety. In practice, this means slowing down, noticing breath and posture, and using movement or gesture to metabolize stuck affect. I often guide clients through grounding rituals and sensory mapping to support nervous system regulation and reclaim agency over their embodied experience. This approach is especially powerful for neurodivergent clients, whose sensory landscapes are often rich, complex, and historically misunderstood.

Polyvagal Therapy

Polyvagal theory offers a compassionate roadmap for understanding the nervous system’s responses to threat and safety. I use this framework to help clients identify their autonomic states—whether dorsal shutdown, sympathetic activation, or ventral connection—and develop personalized strategies for co-regulation and self-regulation. In session, we explore cues of safety, relational ruptures, and the somatic markers of survival responses. I often incorporate visual tools and metaphors to make polyvagal concepts accessible, especially for clients navigating trauma, chronic illness, or neurodivergence. This lens allows us to honor the body’s wisdom while gently expanding its capacity for connection.

EMDR

EMDR is a core modality in my trauma integration work, particularly for clients with complex PTSD, developmental trauma, and dissociative adaptations. I use EMDR to target distressing memories, somatic imprints, and limiting beliefs, guiding clients through bilateral stimulation while maintaining a strong relational and somatic container. My approach is paced, attuned, and ND-affirming—often blending EMDR with parts work, visual metaphors, and sensory regulation tools. I prioritize safety and consent at every stage, ensuring that clients feel empowered and supported as they reprocess experiences and reclaim narrative coherence.
