I'm Camila Crawford, LICSW — a therapist based in Manchester, NH with 14 years of experience helping adults navigate the moments when life feels harder than it should. I work with people dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the quiet but persistent sense that something needs to change. My approach is direct, practical, and grounded in evidence-based methods that actually work. I see clients in person in my office in Manchester and via telehealth throughout New Hampshire and Florida.

My ideal client is a smart, self-aware adult who has probably spent years trying to figure themselves out — reading the books, listening to the podcasts, maybe even trying therapy before — but still feels stuck. They may have ADHD, anxiety, or depression, or they may just know that something needs to change and can't quite name it yet. They want a therapist who will be honest with them, not just validate everything they say. They're ready to do real work, and they want a collaborative partner who will show up just as fully as they do.

I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) — a gold standard treatment for trauma. I offer both in-person and telehealth individual therapy in Manchester, NH and throughout New Hampshire and Florida.
