As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping both teens and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and hope. I specialize in supporting individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions, creating a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT and DBT to help clients build practical coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier emotional responses.
