I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy through Kaiser insurance for adults who are emotionally reflective, high-functioning, and interested in trauma-informed, nervous-system-based work. Many of the clients I work with appear capable and successful on the outside, yet feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected due to long-standing emotional or relational patterns. My work is depth-oriented, collaborative, and accountability-based, supporting clients who want to understand themselves more fully and engage consistently in the therapeutic process.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we'll focus on understanding what's bringing you to therapy now the patterns that may be contributing to your distress and what you are hoping will shift over time. I work within the structure of Kaiser-based therapy offering a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach that emphasizes insight, emotional regulation and meaningful change. We'll also assess together whether my style and scope of this work feel like a good fit for your goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal client is someone using Kaiser therapy who is emotionally curious, self-reflective, and willing to look at their own role in patterns--even when its uncomfortable. They are open to insight consistency, and gradual change rather than quick fixes. I am not a good fit for clients seeking crisis-level intervention, immediate solutions or therapy primarily focused on changing someone else. I am currently accepting Kaiser insurance only through Grow Therapy and maintain a limited caseload to support consistency and quality of care.
