New to Grow
I’m Jada Davis, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I provide a supportive, down-to-earth approach focused on helping you feel better, think more clearly, and regain control of your daily life. I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, struggling with focus, experiencing mood changes, or simply not feeling like themselves. My goal is to help you find the right treatment plan so you can start seeing real improvement in your symptoms and overall functioning. Same-week appointments are available.
During your first session, we’ll talk through your symptoms, history, and current concerns so I can fully understand what you’re experiencing. I’ll ask about your mental health, sleep, stress, medical history, and any previous treatment. Together, we’ll create a clear and personalized plan that may include medication management and practical strategies to help you start feeling better. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about your next steps.
I combine clinical expertise with a compassionate, real-life approach that helps clients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns. I focus on thoughtful medication management while helping you understand how stress, lifestyle, and thought patterns impact your mental health. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you experience real improvement—not just in symptoms, but in your daily life.
I work best with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, or difficulty managing stress in their daily lives. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, have trouble focusing, or are not functioning at their usual level and are looking for support and medication management to help them feel more stable and in control. I am a good fit for individuals who are open to treatment, motivated to feel better, and interested in working collaboratively to improve their mental health and overall functioning.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles to help identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and manage daily stress.
Supportive
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can process challenges, build coping skills, and feel heard while working toward stability and improved functioning.
