Hi, I'm Treena, Do you feel stuck in the battle of the Mind? Do you feel as if you are barely making it through each day? I want to partner with you to assist with winning the battle of the mind; so you can feel true peace, joy and happiness. I provide a Holistic approach with a Christian perspective, addressing the needs of the mind, body and spirituality. Whether you are dealing with the ups and downs of life (concerns with family, marriage, and parenting) or the cycles of anxiety and depression, together we will create solution-focused strategies to address the needs of your mind, body and spirituality. Sessions are conducted in a nonjudgmental manner with lots of compassion. So, let's work together and start your journey to true recovery!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Finding a therapist that is right for you is very important in achieving recovery. Thus, in our first session we will discuss the concerns you have for yourself and developing target goals to set the foundation for future sessions. Our sessions will be solution-focused. We will directly address the issues and never avoiding them. It is important that progression is made and never remain stagnant. Thus, our sessions will be actively engaging while moving at a pace that is comfortable for you.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

The treatment modalities that will be used in our sessions are: Christian-based perspective; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parenting techniques, solution-focused, conflict resolution and various problem-solving strategies.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have 13-plus years of experience partnering with individuals, families, and couples to address their concerns of anxiety, depression, assisting parents with disruptive behaviors in children, resolving conflicts, and relationship barriers.
