I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in trauma-informed therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. With extensive experience in treating PTSD, anxiety, and depression, I provide a compassionate and individualized approach to healing. My work is rooted in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), and inner child work, allowing clients to process past experiences, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, gain self-awareness, and break free from patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you are struggling with the lasting effects of childhood trauma, navigating life transitions, or feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, I am here to guide you toward healing and self-empowerment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will begin with brief introductions before exploring the specific challenges you are experiencing. This conversation will allow me to develop a personalized plan to guide our work in future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my deep understanding of trauma and my compassionate, client-centered approach. I am able to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each person, drawing from my extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I use trauma-informed care and inner child work to help clients heal at their own pace, providing a safe and supportive environment for growth. I believe in building trust with my clients through empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, empowering them to take control of their healing journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

The clients I am best positioned to serve are adults who find that their past continues to impact their present relationships, self-perception, and daily functioning. These individuals may struggle with unresolved childhood trauma, difficult family dynamics, or past emotional wounds that shape their current behaviors, emotions, and interactions. They may notice patterns of people-pleasing, avoidance, difficulty setting boundaries, or intense emotional reactions that feel overwhelming or confusing. Many of my clients find themselves stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles, often feeling disconnected from their authentic selves. They may desire healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, and a greater sense of self-worth but feel uncertain about how to achieve these changes. Through trauma-informed therapy, inner child work, and evidence-based interventions, I help clients process their past experiences, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and build emotional resilience. My approach provides a safe, supportive space for self-exploration and healing, empowering clients to break free from old patterns and create a more fulfilling, balanced life.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

In my practice, I integrate psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and early relationships influence their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through self-reflection and insight-oriented discussions, I assist clients in identifying recurring themes and unresolved conflicts that may impact their well-being. By fostering a deeper understanding of their inner world, clients can develop healthier coping mechanisms, improve emotional regulation, and make meaningful changes in their relationships and daily lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build emotional resilience. Through structured interventions, clients learn to reframe unhelpful beliefs and engage in behavior changes that support their well-being.
