Hello, I’m Dr. Kelly Hamoudah. In my work, I believe that establishing a safe space and building rapport is the first step towards the healing process. If you’re looking for help from a psychologist who uses evidence based interventions, is warm and friendly, and cares about you reaching your goals, then you’re in the right spot. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois. Originally from Wisconsin, I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology with an emphasis on health psychology and behavioral medicine from Adler University in Chicago. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, play with my dog, garden, travel, and cook.
I believe that establishing a safe space and building rapport is the first step towards the healing process. Our first session involves us getting to know one another, and having you complete a clinical interview.
I take a semi-structured, eclectic, cognitive-behavioral approach. This includes CBT, ACT, ERP, and MBSR interventions.
