Quita Wright
Hey, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about clients improving and understanding what is happening in their lives and why. I have worked with chronic and acute clients for the past several years.
First session
In our first session, clients will receive a full assessment to identify current problems stressors, and discuss treatment goals. They can expect to learn my clinical skills and practices and address expectations.
Strengths
Having worked with clients with chronic and acute diagnoses, my greatest strengths are establishing rapport, helping clients identify their challenges, setting specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely goals, and also helping clients to understand their family dynamics, improve relationships, and reduce unhealthy responses to stressors.
Ideal clients
I love working with male and female clients; I have spent the past several years working specifically with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am eager to work with clients and community resources.
