Many people are carrying a lot of different roles in life whether that is being a parent, partner, caregiver, student, or employee. These responsibilities can start to feel overwhelming and leave you feeling exhausted, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself. I support people who feel like they have lost their spark, are running on empty, or are struggling to prioritize their own needs without guilt, including adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating school, work, relationships, and family life. Whether you are managing daily responsibilities, adjusting to life transitions, or simply trying to find your footing, you do not have to go through it alone.
In our first session, we’ll keep it simple, I want to get to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what feels important to you right now, and what you’d like to see change. I’ll ask some background questions to get a sense of your past and present experiences. From there, we’ll start building a plan that fits you and your goals. There’s always space for you to ask questions about me, the therapy process, or anything you’re unsure about. If you feel comfortable moving forward, we’ll schedule future sessions and begin the work of making real progress together.
To me, authenticity is the greatest gift you can bring into the therapy space. As a therapist, I believe in being honest, straightforward, real, and genuine. I don’t believe in glossing things over, I believe in compassion, truth, and authenticity. I meet my clients exactly where they are and never ask them to show up as someone they’re not. You don’t have to be perfect here; you just have to be yourself. In our work together, we explore stress, burnout, self-esteem, boundaries, and life changes.
My ideal client is someone who may already be fairly self-aware but feels like awareness hasn’t been enough to create real change yet. They often notice their patterns like people-pleasing, self-doubt, anxiety, overthinking, or low self-esteem, but still feel stuck in them. They are tired of just understanding what is happening and are ready to actually shift it. I work best with clients who are open, reflective, and willing to look a little deeper so they can build healthier coping skills, stronger boundaries, and a more grounded, authentic way of living

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients make space for difficult thoughts and feelings while staying focused on what truly matters to them. Together, we practice mindfulness, clarify values, and take practical steps toward healing and growth.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Together, we work on identifying unhelpful thought patterns and building healthier ways of coping so they can feel more in control and create lasting change.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients focus on their strengths and practical solutions rather than dwelling on problems. Together, we identify goals, explore what’s already working, and take small steps toward meaningful change.
