I’ve been in private practice since 2011, and supporting clients with genuine care has always been at the core of my work. My office is in Oyster Bay, New York, and I’m licensed in both New York and Florida, so you can choose the option—virtual or in-person—that feels most comfortable and convenient for you. My goal is to make getting support feel flexible, personal, and easy

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll have a relaxed intake where you can share what’s bringing you in, and I’ll gather some background to help me understand your needs. Together, we’ll start shaping clear, comfortable goals so the therapy process feels supportive and meaningful for you

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In our work together, you will gain practical solutions to address your concerns, develop effective coping strategies, and deepen your understanding of the challenges you're facing. By strengthening your self-awareness, you'll be empowered to make informed choices about how to navigate difficult situations and break free from unhealthy patterns. Our sessions will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and struggles, fostering a sense of support and personal growth throughout the therapeutic process.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide my work with clients. My approach is rooted in collaboration, ensuring that treatment modalities are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, build effective coping strategies, and work towards lasting change. Together, we will develop practical solutions to overcome obstacles and enhance your overall well-being.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy regularly in my practice because it provides clients with clear, practical tools for understanding and changing unhelpful thought and behavior patterns. In sessions, I help clients identify automatic thoughts, evaluate their choices, and practice more balanced ways of thinking. I also incorporate behavioral strategies—like structured coping skills—to reinforce change outside the therapy room. Overall, I find CBT effective because it empowers clients with skills they can implement on their own.
