About me

From the outside, you may look like you have it all together. Inside, you're exhausted from overthinking, worrying, second-guessing yourself, and trying not to disappoint anyone. You may feel stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward. I help teens, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, stress, and major life changes. I also support people navigating the loss of someone they love and adjusting to life after that loss. Many of my clients are high performers who feel overwhelmed or like they're never doing enough. My approach is practical, supportive, and action-oriented. You'll leave sessions with tools, strategies, or small steps you can practice between sessions.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll talk about what's been weighing on you, identify what you want to change, and what you hope to get from therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With nearly 20 years of experience as a former school counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, I understand the pressure many people feel. I help clients understand what's keeping them stuck and give them practical tools they can use in everyday life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, pressure, grief, or a difficult life transition, therapy is a space to feel supported while figuring out what comes next.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work especially well with teens, young adults, and professionals who struggle with: • Overthinking and anxiety • Grief and adjusting to life after loss • Perfectionism and self-doubt • Imposter syndrome • Stress and burnout • Major life changes • Boundaries and people-pleasing • Pressure to always have it together I also work with student-athletes, educators, and others in high-pressure environments. They go to work or school, meet expectations, and take care of others. On the inside, they may feel anxious, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or constantly worried about making mistakes. They are tired of carrying stress alone and want practical tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, quiet their inner critic, and create a healthier balance in their lives.
