In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I use a supportive, trauma-informed approach to understand what’s behind your emotions, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, chronic stress, or long-standing family patterns. I also bring expertise in generational communication, helping clients reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and communicate more clearly at home and at work. Clients describe therapy with me as encouraging, practical, and transformational. Whether I’m supporting you or your child, we’ll create a plan that brings relief and helps you feel more like yourself again.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a former educator and school counselor with nearly two decades of experience, I’ve supported teens, parents, and professionals through high-pressure environments, burnout, communication struggles, trauma responses, and major life transitions. My background helps me quickly understand different personalities, emotional patterns, the daily pressures people face, and the unique needs of youth, young adults, and parents. I am dedicated to creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and confident in their ability to make progress.
