I help teens, young adults, and adults who feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out from trying to handle everything on their own. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and former school counselor, I have experience helping people work through life's challenges. Many of my clients are going to work, going to school, and taking care of others, but inside they feel worried, exhausted, stuck, or like they are carrying too much. I often work with people who struggle with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, overthinking, grief, and major life changes. They may put a lot of pressure on themselves, worry about making mistakes, or feel like they have to have everything figured out. If that sounds like you, you're not alone. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can learn practical tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, handle stress in healthier ways, and feel more like yourself again.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we'll talk about what's been weighing on you. I'll ask questions to better understand your anxiety, stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, grief, or other challenges you're facing. Together, we'll identify your goals and create a plan that fits your needs. My approach is practical and focused on helping you make progress, so you'll leave with tools and strategies each session.

I have nearly 20 years of experience helping teens, young adults, and professionals manage anxiety, stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, and major life challenges. As a former school counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor, I understand the pressure many people face to succeed while appearing to have everything under control. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on solutions. I help clients identify patterns that keep them stuck, develop healthier ways of thinking, and build skills they can use in everyday life. Clients often tell me they feel understood, supported, and more confident after working with me.

I work best with high performing teens, young adults, and professionals. From the outside, they often seem like they have everything together. They go to work or school, meet expectations, and take care of others. On the inside, they may feel anxious, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or constantly worried about making mistakes. Many of my clients struggle with perfectionism, overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling like they are never doing enough. They put a lot of pressure on themselves and often find it difficult to slow down, set boundaries, or ask for help. I also work with student-athletes, educators, helping professionals, and others who perform in high-pressure environments. They are tired of carrying stress alone and want practical tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, quiet their inner critic, and create a healthier balance in their lives.
