Jaime Williamson
Hello, my name is Jaime Williamson, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and owner of Well Life Counseling Services, PLLC. I have been helping others just like yourself for over 12 years. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Dominican University School of Social Work in 2009. I have extensive experience working with adults in both private practice and hospital-based settings who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, depression and other mood related disorders.
First session
The fist session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You will have an opportunity to begin to discuss what has brought you in to therapy. and what is most important for you to discuss right now.

Ideal clients
Does life feel overwhelming right now? Are you feeling anxious, stressed or simply stuck in life right now? You are not alone. I enjoy working with adults (18 yrs and older) who are feeling stuck and struggling with anxiety, stress, self esteem or life transitions. I focus on helping you better understand yourself, gain new insight to your current challenges and learn practical tools that will help you to begin to feel better. I provide a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can explore what matters most to you and move toward meaningful growth.
Treatment methods
Eclectic
My clinical approach to treatment is eclectic. Every person is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I use a tailored, client-centered approach to meet your needs. I commonly draw from evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology.
