A bit about my approach to therapy... I specialize in therapy for adults and adolescents who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, or all of the above! I utilize solution-focused interventions, motivational interviewing, CBT, and DBT techniques to meet the needs of my clients. I am a strong advocate for you, and work collaboratively with my clients to create a treatment plan that capitalizes on your strengths.
