Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in New Jersey. I received my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in Sarasota, FL and have been practicing for over 25 years. I have experience working with clients 18 and older to assist with the behavioral health concerns.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have worked in the field of mental health for over 25 years in various capacities. I believe that CBT is very useful in helping clients deal with their thinking in order to impact their behavior.

I was born and raised in the Christian faith. Based on my understanding as well as my counseling experience, I try to provide therapy to clients from a biblically based perspective.
