My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps individuals gain greater control over their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Through a collaborative approach, I empower my patients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. Combined with medication management, this therapy fosters emotional regulation and enhances overall functioning.
