(she/her)
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional wellness, balance, and a renewed sense of hope. My work focuses on supporting adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. I also work with individuals experiencing panic symptoms, intrusive thoughts, and stress that interfere with daily functioning and relationships. My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. In our work together, I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences, goals, and strengths so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits their needs. Treatment may include medication management when appropriate, supportive therapy, and practical strategies that help clients build resilience and regain a sense of control in their lives. In addition to traditional mental health care, I also have training in chakra and crystal healing, which reflects my belief that healing can involve both the mind and the body. When clients are open to it, I integrate holistic perspectives that support emotional balance, self-awareness, and personal growth. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their future. Many of the individuals I serve are seeking relief from persistent anxiety, depression, or emotional distress, while others are looking for guidance as they navigate major life changes. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and develop tools that promote lasting wellness. The impact I strive to have is simple but meaningful: helping clients move from surviving to truly living. Through compassionate care and evidence-based treatment, I aim to help each person rediscover their strengths, build confidence, and move forward with clarity and hope.
Your first session is a supportive and judgment-free space where we focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to treatment. We will review your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, and goals for care. This session helps me gain a clear picture of your needs so we can create a personalized treatment plan. If appropriate, we may also discuss medication options and other supportive strategies. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
My greatest strengths are my compassionate approach, strong listening skills, and ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. I focus on truly understanding each person’s story and tailoring treatment to their unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. What stands out about my practice is my balanced approach that combines evidence-based medication management with supportive, holistic care. I help clients not only reduce symptoms such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, or mood instability, but also develop practical coping skills, emotional insight, and long-term resilience. My goal is for clients to feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that improve their quality of life.
My ideal clients are adolescents and adults who are ready to take an active role in improving their mental health. Many are experiencing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood changes, panic symptoms, trauma, or overwhelming stress that is affecting their daily life, relationships, or sense of well-being. I work best with individuals who are open to exploring both medication management and supportive therapeutic strategies to help them feel more balanced and in control. Some clients come to me feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward, while others simply want guidance and support as they navigate life transitions or personal challenges. I am particularly well positioned to help clients who value a compassionate, holistic approach to mental health care. I strive to create a safe, respectful environment where clients feel comfortable being honest about their struggles and goals. Together, we focus on symptom relief, emotional insight, and building practical tools that help clients improve their quality of life and develop lasting resilience.
