Hello — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and holistic therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship dynamics, and deep emotional healing. My work combines traditional psychotherapy with integrative approaches like hypnotherapy, somatic work, and mindfulness-based practices to support people in finding peace, clarity, and empowerment in their lives. I offer a safe, compassionate space where every part of you is welcome.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After a consult call to answer your questions and ensure we’re a good fit, our first session will be a safe space to share what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through your history, current challenges, and hopes for therapy. I’ll explain what to expect from our work together — whether you’re interested in traditional talk therapy, mind-body work, hypnotherapy, or a mix — and together we’ll outline meaningful, personalized goals for your healing journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Clients often tell me our work feels like the first time they’ve truly been seen, heard, and accepted without conditions. I help people reconnect to themselves, process complex emotions, and release old patterns they’ve been trapped in for years. My strength lies in blending depth work and evidence-based skills with compassion and nonjudgment — empowering you to live as your whole, authentic self.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with clients ready to explore the parts of themselves they’ve been avoiding — the parts carrying grief, anxiety, relational wounds, and old survival patterns. I provide a nurturing space to help you reconnect with your authentic self, set healthy boundaries, break free from people-pleasing, heal trauma, and learn how to feel safe in your body again. I love working with people navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, chronic stress, grief, and unresolved family dynamics. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and peace.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I utilize an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, identities, and lived experiences. I’ve spent years training in a variety of therapeutic techniques because no two people heal the same way. In sessions, I draw from modalities like CBT, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, inner child work, parts work, and psychodynamic therapy. I’m passionate about providing a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space for individuals, couples, and families of all identities — including LGBTQIA+, non-traditional, and kink-affirming clients — to heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Hypnotherapy

I’ve been certified as a clinical hypnotherapist since 2018 and it’s one of my favorite tools to use with clients. Hypnotherapy allows us to safely access the subconscious, where many of our patterns and wounds are stored. I use it to help clients work through anxiety, trauma, self-worth struggles, and relationship patterns, guiding them to release old narratives and anchor in new, empowering beliefs. It’s gentle, deeply effective, and creates lasting change.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness is the foundation of much of my work because it teaches us to be present with ourselves in a compassionate, nonjudgmental way. I integrate mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, grounding exercises, and breathwork into sessions to help clients regulate their nervous systems, manage anxiety, and build resilience. It’s especially powerful for clients navigating trauma, burnout, and relationship stress, offering them tools they can use in daily life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I frequently integrate DBT skills into my work, especially for clients navigating intense emotions, relationship struggles, anxiety, and trauma. I focus on teaching mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills in a way that feels approachable and personalized. Clients appreciate how these tools help them stay grounded, communicate their needs, and handle overwhelming situations without shutting down or reacting impulsively. DBT blends beautifully with my integrative, trauma-informed approach.

Couples Counseling

I work with couples of all kinds — traditional, non-traditional, LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink-affirming relationships. My approach is collaborative, integrative, and trauma-informed, drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method techniques, mindfulness, and parts work. I help partners improve communication, deepen emotional safety, navigate life transitions, and repair trust after conflict or disconnection. Each couple leaves with personalized tools to foster more empathy, clarity, and secure connection, in a judgment-free, affirming space where all relationship dynamics are respected.
