I’m excited you have found my page. I love working with young adults to find their passion in life, remove blocks that are keeping them from being their most awesome self and learn to live a life they have always dreamed. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a certified addictions Counselor. I’ve been a therapist for 10 years and absolutely love what I do. I’ve worked with teenagers overcome addictions, families evolved with children's services, young adults go off to college and become successful, and young adults overcome depression, major trauma, human trafficking, and anxiety. My background is extensive in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Are you ready to change your life? Schedule your appointment with me today!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session we will first talk through expectations and what you are looking for to accomplish through counseling. We will create an individualized plan to help keep us on track and for you to see progress.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, NMT, DBT, stress management, increasing self-worth, inner child work, incorporation of meditation, mind/body connection, 12 step work, assertiveness training, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment and work/life balance.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Therapy helps you gain a different perspective on problems and issues. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental and respectful environment. Counselling can help you regain wellbeing and balance in your life. Counselling often makes clients think more clearly and make better decisions. I believe these are the strengths I bring to the field.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young adults and adolescents who are easer to learn how to process trauma and as well as open to talking through struggles.
