During our first session, clients can anticipate an open and welcoming discussion where we delve into their symptoms and feelings. This initial meeting is an opportunity to explore their experiences and establish a foundation for our work together. It’s also a chance for clients to get to know me as a person, ensuring that they feel comfortable and supported as we embark on this journey of change and growth. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard and understood, setting the stage for a collaborative and effective therapeutic relationship.
My Biggest strengths are working with my clients and helping to build their Confidence & Skills. My clients already have the tools they need, they just need someone to support them.
As a therapist, I find immense fulfillment in working with clients who are motivated and ready for change. The ideal clients for me are those who come with a self-driven mindset, eager to engage in solution-based therapy. They are open to exploring and applying DBT skills, integrating realistic approaches to their challenges, and participating in motivational discussions. What truly enriches our work together is their commitment to the therapeutic process and their desire to feel supported every step of the way. This collaborative approach fosters a dynamic and empowering environment, where meaningful progress can be achieved and lasting change can flourish.
