I work with teens and adults who want a space where they can breathe, feel understood, and not have to explain the parts of themselves that already feel heavy. Many come in sorting through identity, mood shifts, trauma, or the realities of living with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. My approach is rooted in empathy, deep listening, and genuine connection. Together, we move toward healing, steadiness, and a life that feels more like your own.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will keep it sample, we will get to know each other make sure above all that you feel comfortable with me as your therapist. That is one thing I have learned over my many years is that not every therapist and client are going to match and that’s OK so that’s what I try to make our first sessions about.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I tailor therapy to how you learn best—whether that’s talking things through, using worksheets, metaphors, or just talking it out. My goal is to meet you where you are and make the work feel doable and personal. If you’re looking for support that truly fits you, I’d be honored to connect and walk alongside you.

This is where we learn how to change our thinking patterns. It also helps us identify our emotions and how they are attached to the thinking patterns. Once we are able to identify both of these, it will help you learn to change the behaviors you were looking to change.
