First session
**What to Expect During Your First Session** Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand your unique experiences and concerns. My ideal client is that person who is able to identify their struggles and find the right person to help them and guide them and be willing to put the effort to feel and become a better self of themselves, I will hold their hand and be there whenever they need but they have to be willing to put the effort .
