I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor. I am certified at the local, national and international levels to serve as an Advanced Chemical Addictions Counselor. My private practice specializes in helping individuals, couples and families overcome the impact of abuse, chemical addiction, domestic violence, mental illness, relationship stressors and trauma. I have over 20 years of service in backgrounds including abuse, behavioral, correctional, domestic violence, grief and loss, suicide loss and trauma settings. I specialize in suicide prevention among civilians, combat Veterans, civilian rape and sexual assault survivors. I desire to "Lend a Hand Up" to help people overcome pain and trauma while restoring wholeness, wellness, self-esteem, self-worth and self-efficacy within a judgement-free zone. I can help you work through irrational beliefs, negative thoughts and maladaptive behaviors. I can equip you with coping skills and resources to improve your quality of life.
