Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas. I received my Masters in Texas and have been in the field for over 10 years. I am a compassionate and experienced counselor that has provided therapy to diverse populations. I now work with adults with a variety of challenges. Life happens! And it can be overwhelming, frustrating and just too much.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I understand that every person is unique so I use a variety of techniques and modalities to meet your specific goal and needs. I encourage collaboration between my clients and I in order to find the best solution to life challenges.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe each therapist brings their own unique style to the table. For me my goal is to continue to be a good listener, holding each client in unconditional regard and being respectful of each clients process without judgement.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I offer a safe place to air it all out and a possible plan to push through challenges that are getting in the way of personal, relationships and spiritual growth.
