My hours of availability are traditional and non- traditional, which affords clients more flexibility to participate in the counseling experience.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because it helps people recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors. This approach is practical, goal-focused, and empowers you with tools you can use both in and outside of therapy.
I use a couples therapy approach because it helps partners improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and resolve conflicts in a supportive setting. My goal is to guide both partners in creating healthier patterns that foster trust, respect, and lasting closeness.
I use a gender affirming therapy approach because it provides a safe, supportive space where your identity is respected and valued. This approach focuses on empowering you to live authentically while addressing the unique challenges and strengths connected to your gender journey. ( Clinical Certification Obtained)
I use a trauma-focused therapy approach because it helps individuals process and heal from painful experiences in a safe and supportive way. This approach is designed to reduce the lasting impact of trauma while building resilience, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.
