New to Grow
I bring over seven years of experience providing mental health care in the Los Angeles area. I work with individuals, families, and children who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach is holistic and client-centered, and I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to thoughtfully tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow and heal at their own pace.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, I encourage you to ask questions to ensure we’re a good fit. We’ll explore the challenges you're facing, why you sought therapy, and what has been helping you manage so far. We’ll also discuss your goals for therapy. I take a collaborative approach, where you are the expert on your own experiences. Many clients struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, boundary-setting, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional disconnection. As therapy progresses, clients often report better stress management, greater self-awareness, and improved relationships and calm.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to thoughtfully tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. I bring several years of experience working with individuals, families, children, and couples from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and with a wide range of lived experiences. I take an eclectic, holistic approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to meet clients where they are and support meaningful, sustainable change. I am especially attuned to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to explore challenges, build insight, and develop effective tools for growth and healing.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to support individuals, families, and children who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I work well with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward, and who are seeking a supportive space to better understand themselves and their experiences. Whether clients are looking to build coping skills, process difficult emotions, heal from past experiences, or navigate change with greater clarity and confidence, I strive to meet them where they are and support them in working toward meaningful and lasting growth.
Eclectic
My approach is collaborative—you're the expert on your own life, and I’m here to support and guide you through the process. While my foundation is in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet your individual needs. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy, and I strive to tailor each session to what will be most effective and supportive for you.
