New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Fordham University. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults and young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Drawing on experience across legal, educational, and medical settings, I offer culturally responsive care in both English and Russian. My work is focused on helping clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, strengthen resilience, and improve overall functioning and quality of life.
In the first session, we will focus on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your background, current concerns, and goals, while giving you space to share what feels most important. We will review how therapy works, discuss expectations, and begin identifying areas of focus and possible next steps.
My greatest strength as a clinician is my ability to combine structured, evidence-based approaches with genuine warmth and understanding. I help clients make sense of their experiences, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.
I believe that every human being has potential to grow, I will help you to believe in yourself
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
My goal is to support clients in making meaningful ,sustainable changes while feeling supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution-Focused Brief Treatment (SFBT) is a strengths-based, goal-oriented approach I use to help clients identify what is working, clarify goals, and build on existing resources. I incorporate techniques such as scaling questions, exception-finding, and the miracle question to support progress and reinforce clients’ confidence in their ability to create change. This model promotes efficiency, collaboration, and hope, and I often integrate it with other approaches to meet individual client needs.
Structural Family Therapy
In my practice, I focus on strengthening the parental subsystem, reducing unhealthy coalitions, and using enactments to help families practice new interaction patterns in session. This method supports healthier family organization, improves communication, and promotes more effective problem-solving within the family system.
